Collect money as a group,
show every rupee you spend.
SAHYOG gives your committee one clean place to record who paid, what was spent, and what is left — plus a public link anyone can open to check the numbers for themselves.
No payment gateway, no commission, no per-member charge. You record the money you already collect.

Everything the collection needs
Nothing it doesn't
No accounting jargon, no approval chains. Six things done properly, so the person keeping the register can do it from a phone between two chores.
Many funds, one account
Run this year's festival, the building repair and the sports day side by side. Members, payments and expenses never mix between funds.
Manual entries you control
Record each contribution as it arrives with the date, method and a note. Mark it paid or pending, and correct it later if something changes.
Member register
Every contributor with their expected amount, what they have actually paid, and when. Search by name, filter to who is still to pay.
Expenses on the record
Log what the money was spent on, with a date and a note. Collection minus expenses is always on screen - no one has to ask for the balance.
A public page to share
One link shows the summary, the contributor list and the expense list. No login, nothing editable - the transparency answers the questions for you.
UPI QR built in
Add your UPI ID and the public page shows a scannable QR. Contributors pay you directly, you record it when it lands.
How it works
Three steps, about ten minutes
Create the fund
Name it, describe what it is for, set a target and the dates. Add your UPI ID if you want a QR on the public page.
Add people and money
Enter each member with what they have paid, or add them first and record payments as the money arrives. Log expenses the same way.
Share the link
Send the public page to your group. It shows collection, contributors, expenses and the remaining balance, updated the moment you record something.
Why groups switch to it
The register everyone can check
Most collections run on a notebook and a WhatsApp group. That works until someone asks where the money went. SAHYOG answers that question before it is asked.
- Trust without meetings
- The public page is the answer to "how much have we collected?" - nobody has to call the treasurer.
- No spreadsheet surgery
- Totals, paid counts and the balance are worked out for you, and they cannot fall out of sync.
- Works on the phone in your pocket
- Add a member standing at the pandal, mark a payment on the bus. Every screen fits a small display.
- Your data stays yours
- Self-hosted on your own server with your own database. No commission, no lock-in, nothing sold on.
